He was predeceased by: his parents, Worth Millikan and Frances Hodgin Millikan; and his wife Harlean Henderson Millikan. He is survived by: his children, Kay Goodson of Franklinville, Debbie Blakeley (Fred) of Franklinville, Robin Bulla (Marty) of Franklinville and Donnie Millikan (Lisa) of Franklinville; his grandchildren, Kimberly Woodruff, Jeffrey Blakeley, Melissa Kindley, Daniel Bulla, Amanda Wilson and Brian Bulla; his great grandchildren, Karleigh, Gage, Reid, Kylie, Andrew, Ethan, Harleigh, Blake, Emma, Alex, Eli and Timothy; and his pet Jackson.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private service will be held.
