He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin H. Nance and Annie Corum Nance. He is survived by: his wife Clara Hill Nance; his daughters, Wendy Davis (Jeremy) and Angie Walser; his stepdaughter Rebekah Gibney (Jonathan); his son Derrick Nance (Golda); his stepsons, Wesley Martin (Mary) and David Henderson (Joy); his sisters, Linda Smith (Derald) and Sue Nance; and his grandson Chase Davis.
