With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alice Loyd of Franklinville, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Alice may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alice touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Laurie Cone (Franklinville), Lisa Cone (Denver) and Elliot Cone (Denver); her son-in-law Hugh Long (Denver); and her grandchildren, Nathan Egan (Asheville), Theo Egan (Franklinville), Lexie and Lyla Cone.
