He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Laster Young and Annie Willie Bridgers Young; and his brothers, Jerry, Butch, Albert and Johnny.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Scott Young (Lucrecia), Robert Alan Young (Sammi) and Amy Young Davis; his grandchildren, Cameron Jordan Davis, Carson Meagan Davis, Alana Olivia Young, Alyssa Grace Young, Keifer Young and River Chase Young; his sister Jeanette Edwards; and his sisters-in-law, Hilda Young and Stacey Young.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
