He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Lucille West, Foy Daniel Mozingo and Rena Mozingo. He is survived by: his parents, Ray Mozingo and Judy West Mozingo; his wife Erin Harden; his daughters, Lauren Mozingo, Kloey Hester, Cameron Mozingo and Samantha Mozingo; his stepsons, Dylan Harden and Calob Harden; his brother Steve; and his siblings-in-law, Candace Mozingo, Christina Lee and John Harden.
