It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca Lee Fulkerson of Franklinton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 13, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Richard "Dick" Martin; and her sister Billie Martin Dolph. She is survived by: her mother Jeannie Martin; her husband Paul; her children, Angela Smedley (Wayland) and Joel Fulkerson (Chanda); her grandchildren, Hank Fulkerson, Oliver and Sullivan Smedley; and her sisters, Betty Laughlin (Greg), Patti Iversen (Bill), Sandy Martin (Bruce) and Deb Martin Young. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
