He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Wilder; his son Robert Scott Wilder; his siblings, Larry Wilder and Mary Ann Hagwood; and his nephew David Wilder.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie Jean Wilder; his daughter Vickie Lee Wilder; his sister-in-law Patricia Wilder; his nieces, Kelly, Patty Lyn, Laura Ann and Connie; and his nephew Dean.
