She is survived by: her husband Keith Braun; her parents, Tommy Moore and Yvonne Moore of Greenville; her children, Rhapsody Smart (Robbie) of Winterville, Emily Gurganus (Allen) of Clayton and Samuel Strickland (Katie) of Fountain; her stepchildren, Rebecca Braun of Boston, NY and Jonathon Braun (Meghan) of El Paso, TX; her brother Chuck Moore (Jennie) of Goldsboro; her siblings-in-law, James Braun and Lisa Braun Hall; and her grandchildren, Andrew Buike, Grant Smart, Lucas Gurganus, Kayla, Julian, Atha Strickland, Mikayla Braun, Hattie and Edison Braun.

Flowers in memory of Melody Moore Braun can be purchased through the Farmville Flower Basket or donations in memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
