He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ennis and Lynnette Mills Ennis; and his brothers, John and Bobby. He is survived by: his children, Lance Ennis (Cathy) and Lisa Howell (Bill); his grandchildren, Alexandra Taylor (Nathan), Kristi Pittman (Dan), Lee Howell and Christian Howell; and his siblings, Mike Ennis, Marie Atkins and Jane "Dee" Bagley. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
