He is survived by : his wife Rachel White; his sons, Joseph Scott White III (Andrea) of Youngsville, NC, Kevin D. White (Kim) of New Windsor, NY and Keith A. White (Hope) of New Windsor, NY; and his siblings, Danielle Gregg of Barnet, Harts, England, Victor Montgomery of Columbia, SC and Rick Montgomery of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
