He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Callihan and Nellie Summerlin Callihan; and his brother Freddie Callihan. He is survived by: his wife Angie Perkinson Callihan; his daughter Blair Callihan Reynolds (Jeff); his granddaughter Callihan Grace Reynolds; and his goddaughter Briana Gray Abbott.
