He was predeceased by: his father Claude Hayes Coburn. He is survived by: his mother Alicia Mae Leatherman Coburn; his wife Dawn Isenhour Coburn; his son Jeremy; his daughter-in-law Danielle Coburn; his grandchildren, Maddison and Jackson; his siblings, Doug Coburn (Donna), Michelle Coburn, Mark Coburn (Patsy), Steve Coburn (Cyndi) and Johnny Coburn; his siblings-in-law, Pat Bragg, Terry Isenhour, Larry Isenhour (Kelly) and Ricky Isenhour; and his mother-in-law Allie Mae Isenhour. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
