He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Clay and Myrtle Dement Eury; his daughter Judy Sumner (Ronald); his siblings, Gerald of Archer, JC, Ray and Delores; and his brother-in-law Bill Seagroves.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Simmons Eury; his daughters, Wanda Aycock (Ron) and Nancy Jones (Butch); his grandchildren, Todd Sumner (Kasey), Kyle Sumner (Courtney), Trudy Robertson, Heather Martin, Katrina Brooks (Danny) and Joey Jones; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Joseph, Austin, Madison, Spencer, Connor, Emily, Graci, Jace, Easten, Hudson, Harper and Paisleigh; and his great great grandchild Emery.
