He is survived by: his mother Violet Longshaw Garrett of Franklinton; his wife Dorothy Jeffers Garrett; his children, Michael Chad Garrett and Tiffany Lynn Garrett (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Ashlynn Garrett, Luke Garrett, Dylan Helseth and Miah White; and his brother Mark Phillip Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
