He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Mills Harrington; his daughters, Kandi Hernandez (Juan) of Franklinton and Beth Milks (Martin) of Franklinton; his grandchildren, Mariah Price of Franklinton, Calvin Price of Franklinton, Melina Milks of Franklinton, Evan Milks of Franklinton and Santiago Hernandez of Franklinton; and his sisters, Cindy Vibbard (Mike) of Pennsylvania and Susan Conright of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
