He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lloyd West; his children, Rebecca West (Dallas Roesner), Jay West, Carl Wade (Michelle), Stephanie Keeton Bullock (Mike) and Jamie Vaughan, Sr. (Kim); his brother Dale West (Faye); his brother-in-law Wayne Lloyd; and his cousin Roger Owen. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
