He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Penny Horton and Missy Champion (Brian); his stepchildren, Raymond Allen (Angela) and Pooh Allen (Leann); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Makayla, Jayme, Ryan, Ashton, Morgan and Kendall; his sister Theresa Allen Woodlief; and his aunt Elaine Smith. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
