Alice Crockett Obituary
FRANKLINTON- Alice Marie Mullins Crockett was born on October 10, 1971 in Roanoke, VA. She was a beautiful soul with passion, love and kindness flowing through her veins. She had various positions in life such as Bartender and Postal Manager but what gave her the most joy in her career was being a Nationally Certified Sign Language Interpreter.
She loved with all she had and it showed all throughout her life. Alice tragically lost her life on May 4, 2020 and will be missed by every soul she touched in her 48 years on earth. Alice is survived by both of her fathers, Arthur Mullins (Moon) and Lomax Johnson; her brothers, Mack Mullins (Wendy), Jimmy Amis (Elizabeth) and Charlie Shelor (Olivia); her husband, David Crockett; her children, Jessica Hughes (Harley), Erica Bratton (Tim), Sean Bratton, Justin Crockett and Michele Walker.
Her pride was in her grandchildren, Jaydn, Haylie, Cathryn, Harley Jr., Harper, Meredith, Jaxen, Abby and Joshua. She is also survived by her best friend, Vanessa Barrett as well as her mother-in-law, Mary Lou; two sisters-in-law, Shirley Crockett (Family) and Beckie Crockett; her uncles, Andy Mullins (Mary) and Frank Mullins (Tina); and her aunt, Cora Davis.
She is preceded in death by both of her mothers, Loretta Mullins and Alice Dawson, as well as a grandson, William Spears. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
