He is survived by: his children, Toby Gene Bateman Jr., Misti Bateman, Will Bateman and Jake Bateman; his grandchildren, Audrey Bateman, Samantha Bateman, Tony Bateman, Kristina Williamson, Dante Bateman, Mya Bateman, Dejah Provencher, Dorian Provencher and Ahnika Bateman; his great grandchildren, Ethan Pereira, Janelle Pereira, Jack Fasnaugh and Aksel Fasnaugh; and his siblings, Barry Bateman (Brenda), Karen Keener (Tracy) and Marcia Bateman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
