He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Swofford and Shirley Harvey Swofford; and his son Paul Michael Swofford. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Haas Swofford; his son Ronald Edward Swofford; and his sister Michal Ann Swofford. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
