Ruth Frances Lightsey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Frances Lightsey of Franklin, North Carolina, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on June 8, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Earl Crossan; her husband Regenald Frank Lightsey; her son Richard Benton Lightsey; and her sister Norma Dean Crossan. She is survived by: her daughter Janice Evelyn Benton (John) of Franklin, NC; her grandsons, James Frank Lightsey (Venita) of Livingston, TN and Clayton Neal Lightsey (Cindy-Lou) of Crossville, TN; and her siblings, Norma Lou Crossan Johnson (Ricky) of Byrdstown, TN and Aaron Edward Crossan of Smithfield, TN.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
