She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hooper and Hester Gibson Hooper; and her sisters, Irene Carter, Margie Gibson, Romanell Mashburn and Olene Sanders.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lloyd Hooper, Fred Jr. Hooper, Laughty Hooper and Willa Faye Pendergrass of Nantahala, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
