She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Arnbrister and Mary Eichman Arnbrister; her husband James Darrell Curry; and her siblings, Jacob, Daniel, Jonas, Paul, Catherine, Ruth, Esther, Rachel and Tobeia.

She is survived by: her son James Curry (Beth); her grandchildren, James "JC" Curry, John "Truitt" Curry and Justice Curry; and her siblings, Rebecca Sander and John Arnbrister.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (278 Victory Church Rd, Sylva, NC 28774).

The last time that I saw her was when Roger and I went to Oregon to see your Dad and her shortly before he died. Roger and and I are thinking about you and your family and praying for you for peace and comfort.”
