He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Feagley and Vesta Ritchey Feagley. He is survived by: his wife Elfriede Feagley; his son Bobby Feagley Stringer (Vickie); and his grandchildren, Marrissa and Ryan. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
