He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Allen and Doris Withrow Allen; and his son Eric Lee Allen. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Louise Asdot Allen; his son Rich Allen (Pat) of Clyde; and his brothers, Bobby and Ken Allen.
