He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn William and Alice Blanche Jones Watts; his former wife Alice Faye Frizzell Watts; and his siblings, Wallace, Terrell Watts and Edith Watts Bobo.
He is survived by: his wife Essie Mae Dills; his son Steven Watts (Michelle) of Sylva; his sister Mary Sue Watts Richardson of Greenwood, SC; his grandchildren, Shawn Benscoter, Isabella Bonhotel, Tonya Dills, Brandy Tyler, Robert Miljan, Ryan Miljan and Annie Marshall; his niece Amanda Patterson; his nephew Thomas Richardson; and also, Eddie Dills (Roberta) of Onekama, MI and Shari O'Neill (Craig) of Metamora, MI. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
