She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Merkel and Lillian Merkel. She is survived by: her husband Tom (Tom) of Franklin, NC; her children, Tim LeMieux (Petra), Todd LeMieux (Lisa) and Tracy Cummins (Chris); her grandchildren, Tyler LeMieux (Elisha), Christie Jones, Amanda Cummins and Greg Cunmins (Pauline); her great grandchildren, Lilly, Vaden, Jaxson LeMieux, Callie Jones and Colton Cummins; and her brother Jon Merkel (Lynn). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holly Springs Baptist Church (417 Holly Springs Church Rd, Franklin, NC 28734). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to Holly Springs Baptist Church.
