It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Barry Tallent of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton "Jack" Tallent and Annie Maude Burnette Tallent; and his brothers, Billy Tallent and Randy Logan Tallent. He is survived by: his sister Clydia Huscusson of Franklin, NC; his stepsons, Mark Dillon and Sean Dillon of Asheville, NC; his nephews, Allen Dean Huscusson and Steven David Huscusson; his niece Lena Kay Raby; and his great-nephew Michael James Taylor.
