She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenze Thomas Moses and Edna Bowman Moses; her husband Bill Huggins; and her siblings, Harry Moses, Joe Moses, Edgar Moses, Virginia Corbin and Hazel Stamey.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Wanda Huggins Fouts (Guy), Carol Lee Mehta, Betty Sue Harper and Mitchell Huggins; and her close friends, Lynn Dillard, Gary Hoilman and Brenda Simpson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
