With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lucille Phillips of Franklin, North Carolina, born in Macon, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver V. Hall and Bertha Byrd Hall; her daughter Martha Jane Woodlee; and her sister Jean Bulgin. She is survived by: her daughter Suzi Cabe (Larry); her grandchildren, Carmen Cabe Soles (Russell), Stephanie Cabe Berry (Mark), Christi Woodlee Butman (Sean) and Andrea Woodlee Avery (Mike); her great grandchildren, Abrianna (Tristan), Trace, Chesnie, Ari, Ben, Sydney, Meredith, Aaron and Aliza Jane; and her great great grandchild Coburn.
