She is survived by: her son Robert Tyron "Ty" Carnes (Lilly) of Waynesville, NC; her granddaughters, Isabella Carnes and Emilia Carnes; her sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Jean Siler (Fred) of Greenville, SC and Mildred Ann Giles (Bruce) of Franklin, NC; and her brother-in-law Skip Sanders of Franklin, NC..
