She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Clayborn Willis and Pearl Denny Willis; her husband Winston S. Dalton; and her siblings, Mary Neal and Paul Willis.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Vitatoe of Franklin, NC; her grandsons, Billy Vitatoe of Virginia, James Dalton of Florida and Joseph Dalton of Florida; her great great grandchildren, Hayleigh Kunde of Franklin, NC and Amikin Dalton of New Castle, IN; and her siblings, Louise Guffey, Viola Stinson and William Willis of Indiana. She is also survived by numerous great‑grandchildren.
