He is survived by: his father Paul Carley Sr.; his wife Joanne (Lemieux); his children, Shelly Koehler of Tulsa, OK and Jason Carley of Tulsa, OK; his brothers, Joseph Michael Carley of Franklin, NC, John "Munch" Carley (Betty) of Kane, PA and Paul "Jake" Carley (June) of Ludlow, PA; his grandchildren, Hunter Stevenson (Allen), Trenton Koehler and Isabella Carley; his sister-in-law Gail DeBendictis; his nieces, Kathleen Kelly and Colleen Boles (Dan) of Justin, TX; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
