He is survived by: his wife Mary Haire Moore; his children, Melissa Jane Moore of Franklin and Phillip William Moore (Charlene) of Seneca, SC; his grandchildren, William Edward Watson, Allison Kay Moore and Andrew Kyle Moore; his great grandchild Chloe Isabelle Watson; and his sister Betty Nichols Holland (Edward) of Franklin.
