He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion Lloyd Kirk and Rosella Roby Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kirk; his children, Tracy Kaster (Mark), Mike Kirk (Debbie), Brian Kirk (Kelli) and Beth Payseur (Ty); and his siblings, Bill Kirk, Rosalie Waskow, Jim Kirk, John Kirk and Garrett Kirk. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Macon Funeral Home (261 Iotla St, Franklin, NC 28734). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project; or to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital; or to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
