He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley William and Ruby Esther Gregory Jenkins; his significant other Beverly Jenkins; and his brothers, Tom Jenkins, Joe Jenkins, Troy Jenkins and Jerry Jenkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard "Rick" Jenkins (Eva Nell), Carlos Jenkins and Annie Mae Cincineras (Pete). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
