It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gregory Windsor of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert McClaren Windsor and Marjorie Lee Powell Windsor; and his siblings, Mark Windsor, Gary Windsor and Linda Windsor.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Holbrook Windsor; his sons, Burton Windsor (Ashland Willoughby) of Watkinsville and Russell Windsor (Tabby) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; his caregiver Mason Windsor; his great grandchild Blake Clark; his siblings, Allen Windsor (Linda) of Knoxville, Virginia Lohman of Arnold and Sherry Windsor of Atlanta; and his pets, Bandit, Bella and Ginger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Macon Funeral Home (261 Iotla St, Franklin, NC 28734). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
