We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, at the age of 84, Grace Marie Houston of Franklin, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grayson Tallent and Freda Tallent; her husband Kenneth Houston; and her siblings, Bruce, Ernest Tallent and Blanche Tallent.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Houston, Donna Templeton (Andy), Doug Houston, Darrell Houston and Melvin Houston (Diane); her grandchildren, Melissa Dula (Lee), Valerie Coffey (Josh), Julie Newton (Grant), Kaitlyn Powell (George), Jason Hall, Jeffrey Hall and David Houston; and her brother Grayson Tallent Jr. (Linda). She is also survived by in-laws, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
