He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jess Spradlin and Carrie Bea Davis Spradlin. He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Morgan of Franklin, NC, Patricia Webb of Franklin, NC and Melvin Spradlin (Shirlene) of Franklin, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
