It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Owsley of Franklin, North Carolina, born in Webb City, Missouri, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Owsley and Pauline Owsley; and his daughter Stacie Owsley. He is survived by: his wife Betty Owsley; his son Joseph Owsley of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Ashley Price of Arizona, Isaiah and Dylan Owsley of Pennsylvania; his great grandchildren, Marley Price of Arizona, Adrien and Lucca Price of Arizona; and his stepchildren, Michelle Glasson of Pennsylvania and Michael Toner of Pennsylvania.
