He is survived by: his wife Eunice Taylor Billingsley; his children, Debra Jean Billingsley Allred (Sidney) of St. Augustine, FL and Ronnie Eugene Billingsley (Tina) of Scaly Mountain, NC; his sister Gail Head of Scaly Mountain, NC; his grandchildren, Clay Allred, Amber Allred and Kristi Stockton; and his great grandchildren, Clara Woods, Abigail Woods and Cam English. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
