She was predeceased by: her father Robert Ledbetter; her spouse Howell Justice; and her daughter Elaine J. Scott. She is survived by: her son Steven M. Justice of Franklin, NC; her granddaughter Hallie Driver (Bill); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Scott, Emery Driver and Owen Driver. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
