She is survived by: her parents, John Bishop and Helen Mary Tidwell; her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Boisclair; her children, Peggy Ann Vargas Rameriz (Hugo) of Franklin, Travis Lee Boisclair of Franklin and Kevin Wayne Boisclair of Alto, GA; her brothers, Randy Bishop of Baldwin, GA and Johnny Bishop of Alto, GA; and her grandchildren, Travis Lee Boisclair Jr., Jasmine Liliana Cruz, Abigail Faye Garcia and Hugo Antonio Vargas-Rameriz.
