She was predeceased by: her siblings, Elina Parker, Furman Bates and John Henry "Dink" Bates; her brother-in-law George Parker; and her nephew Stanley Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Carver; her daughter Rosie Bates Bradley (Chris) of Sylva; her grandchildren, Madison Bradley and Asa Bradley; her great grandchild Oakley; and her nieces and nephews, Georgia Parker, Marian Anderson, Bobby Parker and Keith Parker (Vickie). She is also survived by other nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Macon Funeral Home (261 Iotla St, Franklin, NC 28734). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
