He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sr. Perry and Elsie Jordan Perry. He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Perry; his son Craig Perry (Ladonna); and his grandchildren, Case Perry, Brielle, Christa, Coral and Macy Perry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Pine Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
