Christine Cunningham Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Cunningham of Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on August 31, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Christine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Christine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Philip Cunningham and Sadie Woods Cunningham; and her siblings, Lucille Tallent, Maxine Hodgin, Paulette McCoy McCall, Hershel Lee Cunningham, Lonnie Samuel Cunningham and Judson Carlton McCoy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
