With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Dale Vanhook in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Zeb Vanhook and Dora Hunnicutt Vanhook. He is survived by: his sisters, Deloris Travis-Davis and Deborah LaVigne (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Vicki Allen, Duane Travis, Theresa Simmonds, Jason LaVigne and Angela Parker; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicole, Justin Allen-Mitchell, Brayden Travis-Brock, Preston Simmonds, Callie LaVigne, Micah LaVigne, Kidron LaVigne, Camden Parker and Coleman Parker; and also Ellie Gleason.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bryant-Grant Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Franklin, NC 28734).
