He was predeceased by: his father William "Ernie" Southard; and his siblings, James Southard and Teresa Southard. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Southard; his children, Sonya Southard, Tony Southard (Emily) and David Southard (Christie); his granddaughter Emily Ann Southard; and his siblings, Sherri Ross, Tommy Southard and Kevin "Steve" Southard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
