She is survived by: her husband Gary Puckett; and her children, Jody McCreadie of Florida, Lori McCreadie (Jeff) of Blairsville Georgia, Chris McCreadie of Franklin, Sharon Harden of Florida, Mechelle Karolyi (Jessica) of Florida, Scott Puckett (Melissa) of Franklin, Amelia Puckett (Chris) of Franklin, Traci Collins of Blairsville and Eric Childers of Franklin.
Char spent many years providing care to innumerable patients over the years, including at former Britthaven of Franklin on the dementia and Alzheimer's unit, as well as for Dr. Foley's office in Franklin.
