It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyd Holbrooks (Franklin, North Carolina), born in Macon, North Carolina, who passed away on July 20, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Holbrooks and Nellie Huggins Holbrooks; his wife Frances Simonds Holbrooks; and his sister Helen Barrett. He is survived by : his son Mike Holbrooks (Ellen) of Franklin; his sister Carolyn Bell of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Joe Holbrooks (Nicole) and Austin Holbrooks (Tiffany).
